The Bridge Hotel
Bridge Hotel Brandon is a family owned and run hotel offering superb accommodation across the board.
When the Bridge reopened in 2014 after an extensive refurbishment which saw the creation of the seven modern boutique style rooms in the 200 year old riverside property it signalled the beginning of the successful rise of the business which continues to this day.
Blissful Bedrooms Beautiful Bathrooms and Brilliant Breakfasts is the mission statement that has underpinned the rise in popularity of this authentic and homely family business and the decision to stock the fantastic Mattison Monarch 1400 pocket sprung beds in all Bridge Hotel rooms, Riverside Cottage and The Brewery House (on the other side of the bridge that gives us our name) has been central to offering the possibly the comfiest nights sleep that you can find anywhere in the UK.
The travertine stone bathrooms in the hotel are another feature our guests love and at the end of a nights rest in a fantastic bed with a hot steamy rainfall shower followed by our delicious locally sourced breakfast with a huge fresh fruit and yoghurt selection and a meal perfectly cooked to order while you sit overlooking the river in the delightful conservatory restaurant......... are some very happy customers who’ve been central to our success story!
Fronted for the family by Matt Arnold (formerly of GMTV) and ably supported by a hand picked team that really know the meaning of customer service the staff at the Bridge again play a massive role in allowing you the guest to relax and feel that you are in a home from home with everything you need on hand.
We offer to start our breakfasts as early as the earliest businessman needs to be up and at it but equally if you’re relaxing we will happily take your order right the way up to 0930.
Adapting to the needs of our guests is something we do well and we really do pride ourselves on delivering that kind of old fashioned customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find.
We proudly won our week on Four in a Bed (even if it was a busman’s holiday for Matt to take part!)
After a 20 year career on screen with ITV both regionally with ITV West in Bristol (where he presented the Sport on the nightly news) and nationally with Sky News and then with GMTV (where he was one of the senior correspondents) Matt Arnold is a people person and has taken to running the family business (started by his parents in Brandon while he was traveling the world on assignments) in his own relaxed and easy going style. The hotel's appearance on Four in a Bed was perhaps a bit of a busman's holiday for Matt but winning the week the hotel appeared in has turned into the gift that keeps on giving as the amount of bookings received from fans of the Channel Four hit show with its endless repeats is quite incredible! However you come to find out about the Bridge you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome and if you like your sports then you'll always find Matt ready for a chat! These days between overseeing the day to day business of the Bridge you'll find him hitting the trails around Thetford Forest and pursuing his love of keeping fit so again if you'd like to head out for a jog or a bike ride in the Forest then ask him to show you some trails or let you use his own little gym!

Accessibilitat
We have two ground floor rooms in the Bridge Hotel and two in the Brewery House although none of them are specifically designed as 'Disabled' rooms but are merely without stairs.
